Convert to dzil / @SHLOMIF + other cleanups
The files Build.PL.old and README.old are probably some leftover and shouldn't be packaged. A fix in the spec seems enough, as they may hopefully vanish from the tarball with the next update.
I had created this issue: https://github.com/shlomif/Pod-AsciiDoctor/issues/2 The author said he didn't want to lose the history. Not really sure what that means.
Add to skip_docs in this case?
