ansible-builder needs this as dependency. During packaging for SLES15 with python3.10 I noticed that there were lots and lots of funny dependencies needed.
I had a look and recreated the spec file using py2pack. This far it seems to work, but please check this critically. Not sure if py2pack misses some things here... :-)
If this is benign, then I can have a look and try to enable the %checks.
New SR for python-mock (with a happy rpmlint) is SR#1073472
