- Fix license tag to X11.

Hmm. This license tag 'MIT" is used for about 260 packages in X11:XOrg project. Does this mean I need to change this for all these packages? Really? And why?
This came from legal analysis for this particular package (see https://legaldb.suse.de/search?q=xbitmaps ) and change was requested by legal.
So far, other X11:XOrg packages packages which were submitted to ALP don't have this issue.
Ok. So the additional Evans & Sutherland LICENSE appears to be the issue here. This is poorly explained by legal team.
