- Add fix-frame-number-deprecated.patch

Builds broke for 0.16.2 due to the use of a deprecated FFmpeg
attribute in one of the examples, which is fixed by the added
patch.

Thanks for the thourough explanation. But could you remove: 11+ This patch has been already been merged upstream, and so can be 12+ removed from this package once 0.16.3 has been released. 13+ 14+ See here for further details: 15+ https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/wlroots/wlroots/-/merge_requests/4036

The glfo#wlroots/wlroots!4036 is enough for me to understand that later :) So our users don't need to have this information in the changelog.
