Previously raised some points in RQ 1072746.

• Why are we editing just one package (this time glibc)? Surely, if the SAP HANA DB process wants to livepatch itself, a lot more system libraries would need NOP spacers, and the -f compiler flag should be put into %optflags rather than touching potentially hundred+ specfiles.
• how does something like Hana even know that glibc functions need to be patched in the first place?

@jengelh does this have to be a blocked request? The staging went through the ring0 double builsyand would be acceptable. Taking glibc out of staging is an option, but triggers a full bootstrap build again
