Update to version v1.0.2. Note, in order for builds to complete on Leap I've had to include the following line in the OBS project config:
Prefer: icu.691-devel
If this is not appropriate please advise on how to work around the dependency issue. Resubmitted with amended version number (removed 'v' prefix).

The addition of the "v" prefix to v1.0.2 came from upstream Git and flowed downwards automatically. Should this be retained or should the version be manually changed to plain 1.0.2?

Fine by me - The maintainer @malcolmlewis gets to decide on what to do with the dep issue for older versions (I only care for Tumbleweed). A conditional would a option.
