This looks like some next level spam (but I am not sure). Quite concerning IMO.
Package installs and works just swimmingly and there are no open bug reports against it or any messages sent to the "owner" (myself) despite claims by OP.

I promise this wasn't spam. I was just reporting issues somewhere that the owner of the package wasn't checking. It would have been nice if the package had specified where users were supposed to report to.
Also, it doesn't even seem to install: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE%3AFactory/torbrowser-launcher#comment-1833120
Package is also at the latest upstream version. Seriously, no clue about how this delete req came to be!
@badshah400, I didn't realize there was an upstream bug tracker, and the package maintainer here didn't see my reports was all. Apologies.
