Shouldn't that be a doxygen or graphviz dependency instead?

Note that Doxyfile contains DOT_FONTNAME = Helvetica which seems to be the default font.

Also, nitpick: this would need to be in the %if 0%{?qt5} block a couple lines below. I'm only building the doc once

doxygen is used by many to just render text (html/man). So maybe graphviz could Require: somefont

Let's try if https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1129495 gets accepted, then we can close this SR.
