On a technical level I have no concerns, but a more detailed comment in the .spec file would be helpful to anyone reading it in the future so that they don't have to dig through the .changes file to understand the patch. At the minimum the bsc# should be mentioned in the comment, or simply copy the line from the .changes file, like so:
