o Add floating point encodings in AIFF-C files.
o Pad WAV data chunks to an even number of bytes.

- Remove patches not needed anymore (sox-14.3.2-new_ffmpeg.patch,
sox-14.3.1-undefined.patch and sox-14.3.1-aliasing.patch)

please patch out __DATE and __TIME__ to fix the rpmlint error

__DATE and __TIME__ are already modified with the (fixed) date of the .changes file. The rpmlint checks detects them because obviously the .changes file was modified today... A build tomorrow will not show that rpmlint warning.
