Since there is no python 3.6 variant of pyside6 in SLE15 it does not conflict with one. The only caveat is that it does not conform to the naming policy for SLE15 python packages. python3-foo source files should be reserved for Python 3.6 packages.
Something similar could be done with pyside2. But there it either has to conflict with regular python3-pyside2 which means it cannot be installed in parallel, or the entrypoints need to be migrated to update-alternatives.
