Starting from Linux kernel v5.4, the Haveged inspired algorithm has
been included in the Linux kernel and it shouldn't be needed since v5.6

Thank you for the submission and drawing attention to the issue, I'll augment the change keeping the patch and make the `BuildRequires: haveged` depend on the product version built for. We still support Leap with this package, so we still need to be able to build with haveged.
