- Enabled completions for bash, zsh and fish.

This should resolve the documentation issue. I took the liberty of updating the deprecated disabledrun to manualrun.

Thanks for your contribution. Wouldn't it be useful to keep the documentation how vendor.tar.zst is created?

The README.suse-maint.md file seems to include those details, and I've never seen that specific documentation in other packages. I can add it again if it would make maintenance easier for others.
