unresolvable for all other distributions than Factory - and failing in Factory?

This changed since I submitted my request, my branch doesn't build either. However, I thought this request has been accepted three weeks ago? (see https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=libmemcached&project=server%3Amonitoring)
