Sorry for rejecting yet again but added/removed patches must be named in the *.changes file, example:
- Added libdiscid-visibility.patch: gcc visibility support
- Removed bla.patch: merged upstream
etc. Otherwise Factory reviewers will reject the SR for this exact reason.
