Everything looks near to perfect, but one question.
Now you don't install the init file and run the systemd stuff unconditionaly thus imply that you want suse-version 1210 or newer anyway everytime. So that means that the conditional around bash/zsh-completion is completely useless no?
If you want to keep it this way just reopen the req, otherwise just redo it with that wiped out :)
