The package contains html output /usr/share/doc/packages/rpm/manual/html/index.html and latex source in /usr/share/doc/packages/rpm/manual/latex

The html shows a framwork which remains empty when clicking on 'Main Page' but populates with 15 items, when clicking on 'Related Pages'.

The Makefile in the latex subdir does not work, a file xtab.sty is missing.

Is this as intended?

Besides this, I'd say Documentation is an acceptable home for the rpm-manuals package.

I have noticed the oddity with the Main page; this is because the package contains no true code to scan. Reference documentation for the RPM code base is built with RPM, if desired; these reference pages are just dumped as they are by upstream, even if documentation is desired.

I have no idea about latex, I just wanted to provide anything readable.
