I am not really happy with this "solution", but it is probably the easiest one until upstream decides how they want to handle this.

Please see the comments by sumski and cgiboudeaux. Remove the entries in the %files section. I guess it would also be good if we could prevent even the binaries targeted by this desktop files to be build.
