* The OTR plugin now uses libotr 4.0 (AKA libotr5 in debian based distros)
* Rejecting buddy requests in jabber won't accept them. Sorry for that.
* Purple builds can now enable built in protocols when configuring, by

Hi Teo,
well as you write me in the email: "sles11 does not provide libotr-devel >= 4.0.0,
the solution in order not to break it there is to disable otr completely for sle11" I`ll accept this and try to do fix build then ....
