- Remove Provides/Obsoletes of Mesa packages
Almost all users of the capabilities provided by the Mesa packages
are runtime requires (pkgconfig() and libABC.so.N)
The SONAMES provided by this packages have to be 1-1 ABI compatible
with the core distribution anyway.
Any package which must link against the static libs provided by
the -devel package has to have BuildRequires: rpi-devel
