Python 3 Version:
1. Added patch for correct suffix in cmake files and pkgconf file. Patch is reported upstream.

2. Fixed conflicts (this python3 version can not installed at the same time as the python2 version, so it conflicts the python2 version.)

3. Fixed spec to get rid of some warnings about missing symlinks.

Cleanup spec file:
use cmake macro, use sphinx to build doc properly.
Get rid of some warning because missing symlinks (except openSUSE <= 13.1 because they have a bad brp script bug).
