There are several spec files in that package. The one that is actually used for build is the mingw*-cross-binutils. Please, patch all relevant packages.

This request updates 2 spec files and there are only two spec files.

mingw64-cross-binutils links to windows:mingw:win64 / mingw64-binutils without any diff.
So as soon as this request is accepted, mingw64-cross-binutils should inherit the new content of mingw64-binutils => both packages are updated.
