Please include gtk2-engines as part of the ongoing incident 4948. There are no source changes in this pkg, but it needs to be rebuilt with the updated gtk2 (it requires the exact version of gtk2 installed), otherwise zypper patch will complain. Apparently the webui just shuts out the submission of any pkg which does not have source changes in them with the message:
"Unable to submit, sources are unchanged"
