MantisBT 2.0 with correct package name and folder
This package seems to be the same as "mantis". Would be good to merge both packages. I think renaming the package from "mantis" to "mantisbt" is ok.
now we have two packages with the same funtionallity: mantis and mantisbt.

Upstream upgrade to version 2.0.0 In OBS the project exists as mantisbt not planing to rename it.
