Umoci has had an update in the past days, I'll submit a new version once it's updated in Virtualization:containers.
Why is s390x the only one excluded? That does not make any sense.
The latest version of Go supported does not support s390x. Go 1.8 fixes this issue, but it's not in openSUSE yet (nor has it been released IIRC).
