Request 477291 revoked

Hello I would like to suggest some changes:
- Packaging changes:
* Add _service for easier updating of package (this can be run locally
via "osc service disabledrun", as for naming/versioning there are other
possibilites than using date - see tar_scm documentation)
* Split udev rules to separate package
* Run spec-cleaner

In long run, I would like to actually add this package to Factory and Leap,
but I will discuss more specific plans later, with other maintainers as
well

Add_service will make it too much complicated for me to keep the package up to date and test the changes before publishing a new version.
spec-cleaner is a nice tool to improve a spec file. However it is necessary to edit the file manually. Especially the copyright information that points to "SUSE LINUX GmbH, Nuernberg, Germany" have to be removed. This spec file was written from scratch by me (DL8FCL). I am not an employee of this company and do not have the explicit permission to publish anything that can be associated to this company. Publishing packages that point to a company or a person without their explicit permission can end in serious legal
consequences for the publisher.
Normally I do not publish any copyright information in files that I am writing and publishing. Everybody around our world can reuse these files if they are useful for them.
Factory or Leap are no good place for this package. These platforms are good as base for Hamradio projects. But their normal update cycle is to slow for version updates. A good example for a failure in Leap is gnuradio. Hamradio lives from new and experimental hardware and software projects.
