I'd change "zpush_dir %{_datadir}/z-push" and remove the "wwwroot" definition. Replace all "$b" occurences with "%{buildroot}" to make the file more easily readable.
I don't think the "<IfModule mod_authz_core.c>" statements in the apache config works neccessarily on all 2.2 and 2.4 servers, because both notations can be used together (on 2.4).

"The z-push package is not only related to Kopano": What about moving /etc/kopano/z-push.config.php to /etc/z-push/config.php ?
