3.0+ version requires mbedcrypto, which is an ugly wrapper of mbedtls.
no way to strip mbedtls and dynamic linking. so new version will not build for factory
if no way to get mbedcrypto in.

this is kinda forbidden application in China. and most of its users are in China.
because it is an application developed and popularly used to come across the GFW.

since every Chinese user knows my home repository. I see no need to include it here.

if it's in factory, it'll be sync into mirrors of Mainland China. this will cause
potential national security law troubles for mirror site admins (they will not even
know of it) and packagers.

so I'd better not ask trouble for myself.

and as it's a proxy that produces ambiguous traffic, it must keep updating itself
to avoid its protocol characteristics being studied and recognized by GFW.

if included in released version of openSUSE, it'll quickly become an unsafe application
that can't be deleted, because update channel won't receive big version bump.
this is not what I wanted.

so please delete it.
