Please explain if and how ansible-2.3.0.0/test/units/modules/network/nxos/fixtures/nxos_command/show_version.txt is used
I don't understand your question. Could you please elaborate on this?
That file contains a proprietary license from Oracle. I want to find out if the license applies to code contained in the package.
I have no clue. Probably best thing to do is taking this to the 'ansible-project' mailing list:
http://docs.ansible.com/ansible/community.html#mailing-list-information
@stroeder - will you be handlin the followup? I think we can agree that we don't expect our legal team to run after such questions beyond our own community
Hmm, no sorry. Handling legal stuff is beyond my skills.
BTW: The ansible stuff in openSUSE is broken anyway because python2-Jinja2 got updated to 2.9.x which is not compatible to current ansible releases:
https://github.com/ansible/ansible/issues/20063
=> personally I'm using ansible in virtualenv with Jinja2==2.8.1
