this is tricky, I would suggest you should talk to qwt6 maintainer and merge qwt6-qt5 and qwt6 in KDE:Distro:Factory or here in KDE:Qt5, the problem is qwt6 is sub-package here but qwt6 already exists in Factory. maybe merge the change to qwt6 and use qwt6 as the main package?
No objections from my own (as a qwt maintainer) :)
