- Add upsd for UPS daemon packages.
This is exactly equal to rq#489349, just the home directory was changed to /var/lib/empty.

Do you really think /sbin is a good choice for a home directory? This could become really dangerous. We normally use /var/lib/empty for such accounts. See dnsmasq, rpc, openslp, radvd and similar accounts.
