Did not have the time to try this out yet but noticed that it does not build on Leap 42.{1,2,3} due to the nothing provides rubygem(ruby:2.1.0:nokogiri) >= 1.7 . Is this something that you can also look into as part of this update?

Hi Robert, this is also the case in Virtualization at the moment. Although I thought that was what the vagrant-deps package/aggregate was for?

Right, I was just hoping that this would come as a side-effect :-) . If that's not an objective it's fine by me.

BTW, where is the vagrant-deps package? I could not find it on OBS

Its in Virtualization, but it is just an aggregate that pulls in two rubygems https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/Virtualization/vagrant-deps

I have no idea why it does not work as intended, but I just got notified of this package some days ago...
