Just remove the rpmlintrc all together and then buildignore rpmlint for older distris.

Removed in superseeding SR. I'm not sure about the buildignore: Wouldn't that ignore the complete build result from the RPM package? Do you mean only in devel:openQA:tested or in devel:openQA?
