- Have tar sort file lists and drop timestamps to make cross-* packages
build reproducibly (boo#1041090 boo#1047218)

is hard to get the formatting changes out, so I left them in for now
as they should not break anything.
They were done manually anyway, by running the formatter on the output
and reducing the diff
