Does it actually work without mpdclient? So far there is no conditional for it. Just try to get libmpdclient into Tumbleweed first. mpd has always access to libmpdclient via multimedia:libs.

I only use mpd with cantata and that works perfectly. I'll look into libmpdclient to submit it to factory.
Also, it is safe to drop sidplayfp support unconditionally. It does not work.

Probably ok in this state.
The conditionals for lame/mad/twolame can be removed because these pkgs are in Factory now.
Also boost is handled via prjconf, use boostheaders unconditionally.
