@rmax nothing provides postgresql-server-implementation needed by postgresql-server
I'm not so sure how this was work out in the devel project, buildmain is 0 for libs.
postgresql-server-implementation is provided when postgresqlXX.spec gets build with no build_flavour set, which always happens in addition to the flavour(s) defined in _multibuild.
But we have a chicken and egg problem here, because the implementation packages require the respective infrastructure packages (postgresql-$subpackage without a version number in the package name) and the infrastructure package requires at least one of the implementations.
I guess I have to disable at least parts of these circtular dependencies at build time.

Why does this need PreReq: chkconfig? Why does it need PreReq at all? It should likely be transformed to Requires/Requires(pre).
I guess that dates back to the times when Requires(pre/post) did not yet exist.
Will review it next time I touch the packages.
