I'll add the .changes entry myself.
Looks good, but "install -D -p -m 0644 labels/dell %{buildroot}%{_sysconfdir}/ras/dimm_labels.d/dell" needs an explanation in the .changes file.

Moreover there is no reason nor requirement to document this change: the said file existed purely as a sample.
It's IMO still a change that should be documented. I did not know that it's simply a sample file and expected it to be some kind of default configuration.
Are you saying you are the maintainer of this package but have no knowledge of what it contains?
No. I simply got the opposite information from a previous request: "Install provided labels for dell".
Feel free to ping the other maintainer instead.
