Since this update is downgrading the package from the development version 1.11.0 to the (newer) stable 1.10.8 version, do we need to add an
line somewhere in the spec file?
If this was only in tumbleweed and not in any older distro then we don't need that. Tw users should update using dup
But it is in (at least) Leap 42.2 and 43.3, so do I need to add this? Or shouldn't I worry about this at all, since they will keep using the (older) 1.11.0 version?
