- Drop useless build requirement on poppler to make it build again.
Such a package doesn't exist since ages, libpoppler provided
"poppler" until recently but there should be no need to
explicitly BuildRequire that anyway.

Sorry, I mean it does BuildRequire libpoppler-devel, not pkgconfig(poppler), but the effect is the same.

PS: And no, this is not an error in Tumblweed. The "poppler" Provides has been removed on purpose, a (binary) package named poppler last existed in openSUSE 10.3...

See SR#557962: - Drop Provides/Obsoletes meant for pristine openSUSE 10.3, 11.1/(SLE 11) and 11.4 releases.

poppler is in Factory. So i thin it is an error in Tumbleweed.

Why do you think it is unresolvable then?

There is *NO* binary package "poppler" in Factory, only libpoppler.

And as I wrote in the SR, libpoppler does *NOT* provide poppler anymore since the last update.

In addition, calibre does (correctly) Buildrequire pkgconfig(poppler) anyway, which also pulls in libpoppler.

Indeed, libporppler no longer provides poppler and the buildrequires has not been necessary for a long time. Thanks for correcting this.
