nothing provides libopenssl-1_1_0-devel needed by libqt4-devel

Possibly others; the old name should really be provided/obsoleted by the renamed package

Was my latest statement about PROVIDE/obsolete intentionally only half-implemented?

At least those two packages I found that will need extra love:

I'll fix the packages. There's no reason to explicitly require libopenssl-1_1_0, as it's the default now. And providing libopenssl-1_1_0 feels wrong, when we'll have 1.1.1 in 3 months.

Preferably we'd stick to pkgconfig(openssl) in this case, as it makes many things easier (incl. conflict resolution)
