I would have rather expected this to come from "filesystems" than "security:privacy". Just suggesting..
I am not sure if this should be considered a real file system. I think it is more a tool for privacy through encryption, modeling that as a file system.
If you insist, we can move it, but I would not opt for it.
I was thinking of encfs, but on second look, that's not in filesystems either, so never mind I said anything. (Then again, we do collect a lot of "unreal filesystems" - whatever your definition of (un)real - in filesystems.)
