Looks fine, except: kxmlrpcclient and purpose violate the SLPP IMHO, as the (unversioned) debug categories files are part of the lib* package.
Not that it matters much in practice...
It's the same elsewhere unfortunately. However I don't see any other clean way to ensure those files are properly present.
Not everywhere, see sonnet e.g. The .categories file is in the package "sonnet", the libKF5Sonnet* packages require "sonnet".
Personally I don't really care about this (in practice it's rather irrelevant because the library name/so number doesn't change anyway), just thought I'd mention it. I think it may cause "problems" with the Factory submissions though unless they "overlook" it...
