clisp-2.49.92/GNU-GPL is GPL-2 and now it seems that clisp-2.49.92/src/gllib/ does poisoning this?

Btw: No building on i586 is a compiler bug as the option -mieee-fp causes that that library libieee(.a) is used which has been skipped from (g)libc package (boo#1084842)
Beside this not building on s390x is due broken openSUSE:Factory:zSystems ... regardless what is done even without any assembler instructions as long as clips uses its own stack managment the resulting binary does crash
