- Upgraded to 7.2.1 because it includes the fixes to support
several core cases that recently were caused to fail to open.
As a result, removed patches that were already superceded by
7.2.1 source.

I've now seen three cases of cores that crash fails to open that are fixed by this version and where the fixed behavior correlates with specific upstream patch intentions, e,g. in particular XEN HVM host/guest change of address space issues from change in scope, vmem layout and protection such as KASLR.
