Upgrade to 0.4, where the change is that it supports python3 now.

Also, clean SPEC file to the singlespec standard (no tests though)

Does it really compile that it keeps devel dependency?

Also as it is not using introspection it is for sure quite dead...

probably is better wait for version 0.4 with python3 support. Upstream was relived few months ago https://hg.tryton.org/goocalendar/rev/8c8e5bc78ae5
