This is a new package for the Factory. It should be ultra-low maintenance, and I am willing to be a maintainer.

No remarks to make. http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/lout/ indicates that everything is mature; it does not seem to be a security risk or bugs so very limited maintenance ... I have nothing to do since I created the package.
