This package used to be in openSUSE until 42.3 after which is was kicked for lack of maintenance. As a user of the package I would like to take over maintainership of this package and push it back towards the distro using hardware as a development project.
I have have recovered the latest state of the package and cleaned it up somewhat. E.g., I have added test execution during build and slightly adjusted the package structure.
To enable testing, the package currently silences a security alert for which, from the original package, already exists the corresponding auditing ticket: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1076467.
