Doesn't seem to be building..are you sure the "+%pattern_basetechnologies" lines are correct?

1. Please fix the rearranging of provides in the other patterns, spec cleaner is still getting this wrong i guess

2. Part of me is wondering if it would be better to eventually put these in there own pattern

3. I have https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/625134 which does the same thing and more but wasnt accepted yet so we could just take that.
