note: there is still ongoing discussion with both xen and ipxe upstreams on the implementation details, so feel free to leave open this SR for some days, so that I can supersede it if needed.

xen is not reproducible anyway because it is rebuilt again for EFI signing. So just fix all of this upstream. At some point we will inherit it from there. That is likely before the resigning bug is fixed on our side.
