As commented on the previous sub, I'd still replace that with something more robust, not relying on a suse_version, when in fact it depends on the version of another underlying package.. so better use something like:

if pkg-config --atleast-version=1.9.0 libpcap; then
%patch1 -p1
fi

Thanks, I just didn't know how to do that. I'll re-submit. This package was broken after the libpcap update to version 1.9.0.
